Thank you for all those who showed interest in the driver position, but unfortunately we now have our delivery driver position filled. Administrative Assistant Needed!!

We are now hiring for an administrative assistant! We are a small business and are looking for someone who can work part-time hours with potential of being full-time as the business grows. Experience in the area (administrative assistant/receptionist) is a plus but not required.

We are looking for someone who is/can:

• detail oriented and organized
• multitask
• proficient with computer
• follow simple instructions

Duties and responsibilities (not limited to):

• Answer/make phone calls in professional manner
• Operate office equipment (photocopy/fax/printing machine, computer, calculator, phone)
• Perform tasks such as word processing, data entry, typing, photocopying, faxing, and collating
• Use QuickBooks to write and enter invoices, payments, pay invoices, etc.
• Mail out monthly statements
• Reconcile bank statements 
• Perform errands to pick up supplies and occasional emergency case pick-up or delivery
• Direct delivery driver in the morning and through-out
• Check-in/out cases; unpack/pack cases

Part-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm (~30hrs/wk)

Salary is dependent to experience.

Local Delivery Driver Needed!!

We are currently out of a delivery driver and our busiest season is upon us. We are currently accepting applications and interviewing applicants nonstop. Because many applicants do not know the job description very well before they apply, here are the things we ask our delivery driver to do.

Background: First and foremost, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD(zero points) is required.

*All applicants' record will be run.*

Work hours: M-Th 7:30-2:30/4pm, F 7:30-11am/12pm

Driving area: Within West Jefferson(West), Delaware(North), Pataskala(East), Grove City(South)

*Driving area is anywhere within the boundary mentioned above.*

Vehicle: Business car (provided)

Task: You are expected to perform basic tasks when instructed including but not limited to:

*Delivering and picking up cases

*Keeping the driver's log with destinations, time, signatures, and route instructions

*Running errands when needed

Wage: $9/hr to start, after 90 days of successful driving raised to $10/hr

*Delivery driver is the FACE of our dental lab, therefore we consider PROFESSIONALISM very important.

We are currently looking for an experienced dental lab technician in the crown and bridge department for full/part time.

Experience in waxing (copings and full contours), metal finishing (copings and full contours), and applying opaque is recommended.

Willing to learn new things especially with new technology is a must.

New CAD Scanner!!

This may be a bit of a late post, but we recently added a new equipment to the lab! From Argen Corporation, we brought in a 3Shape scanner--D800. Our previous scanner Dental Wings 5-series came to its last breath and gave us no choice but to look for a new one. We were sad to see it go, but we were also very excited to use the 3Shape--the brand everyone seems to like. So far, we are in love with it because of several reasons: it is very intuitive, precise results, accurate scanning, and small! In addition, the customer and technical support from Argen couldn't have been better.

Argen sent us a loner(D700) prior to the training in San Diego; so we had a chance to familiarize ourselves with how the scanner worked, therefore was able to create a list of questions for the training. That made a real difference in how much we learned at the training. We didn't have to ask simple basic questions, but more complicated, advanced ones.

We are expecting the implant module to arrive within a week or two and we are very excited to design our own implant abutments, screw-retained zirconia crowns, and many more! We are anxious to see what more the digital world has to offer for the dental laboratories.

A New Website At Last!

Finally Oak Tree Dental Lab has an official website!  Oak Tree is located in the Central Columbus region inside dentists office, since the spring of 2013, as an in-house lab to meet individual patient's needs. However, we do provide services, such as custom shading/staining and treatment planning, to other dentists as well. So do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone.
